MAISON PLISSON

Maison Plisson is a premium food hall and restaurant concept which opened its doors in Paris in May 2015 and has been warmly welcomed as one of the most exciting food destinations in France by Parisians and tourists alike. The founder Delphine Plisson has had a successful career in the fashion industry as the CEO of Claudie Pierlot and executive for top French fashion brands in France and Asia prior to launching Maison Plisson. The concept revolves around the aggregation of top produce from hand-picked French artisans sharing the same philosophy of care towards food sourcing.

Located in the trendy Marais district of Paris and open 7 days a week, Maison Plisson is split between a 300 sq. meters food hall including a butcher shop, a wine cave, a fruits and vegetable stand, cheese shop and many other food corners. Adjacent to the food hall is a 200 sq. meters bakery and restaurant which offers a breakfast and all-day French menu featuring the same top quality ingredients found at the food hall. Above all, Maison Plisson is a space designed for connecting with others and made of passionate people whose generosity and warmth make every visit unique.

The partnership between NEO and Maison Plisson will focus on the international roll out of the concept in key cities in Europe, North America and Asia.
